Colour Cambridge is a community colour run/walk and is an all-weather, untimed event. Please also refer to the Event Information.

Participation
Participating in Colour Cambridge is entirely at your own risk. The organisers, sponsors, and partners accept no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.

Tickets and Refunds
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be given under any circumstances, including absence, illness, or severe weather. However, you may transfer your ticket to another participant - please refer to our FAQs for details.

Event changes
The organisers reserve the right to adjust the event’s date, venue, or activities if unexpected situations arise. Should the event be postponed, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. Kids in Need Waikato will do their best to postpone rather than cancel.

Safety Rules
All participants must follow instructions and safety directions from the event team. Anyone who does not comply may be asked to leave the event area without any refund.

Venue Rules
All participants must follow the venue rules set by Hautapu Sports Club, which include no animals, no smoking or vaping, and no alcohol on site.

Photography and Filming
By taking part, you agree that you may be photographed or filmed during the event. These photos or videos may be used by the organisers for promotional or marketing purposes.

Personal Items
The organisers do not accept responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged belongings during the event.

Children and Supervision
Children under 14 must be supervised by someone aged 16 or older at all times. 

Risk Acknowledgement
You understand that taking part in Colour Cambridge may involve physical activity that carries a risk of injury. Participation is voluntary and you accept full responsibility for any risks involved.

Unforeseen Circumstances
The organisers will not be held responsible for cancelling or changing the event due to circumstances beyond their control, such as severe weather, public health emergencies, or government restrictions.

Acceptance of Conditions
By buying a ticket and taking part in the event, you agree to all the above terms and conditions.
